Children are naturally flexible and curious. Yoga leads the way to creativity and fun, flexibility and strength, and concentration and coordination. It helps build confidence and teamwork all while creating a sense of peace and calm. Yoga teaches us, as adults to nurture healthy bodies, stimulate creative minds and inspire loving spirits, so why not for our kids?
I am so excited to introduce yoga to your children. We will have a great time playing and exploring yoga poses, playing games and singing songs. Together we will establish a healthy foundation for the rest of their lives so they can shine as generous and happy people. I believe I can make a difference in a fun and creative way.
